Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in Richmond Hill, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

This work will include all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and all other costs associated with grading the site, construction of an access road, demolition of the existing lift station and construction of the stormwater system, water and sewer system and installation of the lift station. City of Richmond Hill reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all bids, to evaluate bids, to accept portions of any bids and to accept any bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the City. Richmond Hill reserves the right to add to or delete from the contract after the contract has been awarded. Insurance certificates shall be submitted as a part of the sealed bid, meeting those limits as stated in the bid documents. Bidders shall include a copy of current state contractor and contractor utility license as a part of the sealed bid. A bid bond not less than 5% of the total bid price will be required with your sealed bid. The bid bond may be in the form of a bond submitted by a surety authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia, or a certified or cashier's check, made out to City of Richmond Hill. Payment and performance bonding in an amount not less than 100% of the contract award price will be required of the successful bidder within 10 days of the contract award Any questions pertaining to this request for proposal must be made in person at the pre-proposal conference or in writing and received no later than May 24, 2024.
