The City of Huntington is seeking proposals from qualified architectural/engineering firms interested in providing full service design and construction administration for the A.D. Lewis Expansion and Improvements located in Huntington, WV. The City of Huntington is seeking qualifications from architectural/engineering firms interested in providing full service design and construction administration for RFQ# 2024-01-03: Architectural/Engineering Services for A.D. Lewis Expansion and Improvements located in Huntington, WV. This expanded community center space to include spaces focused on older youth and adults, including expanding the existing gym to add amenities such as bleach seating, locker rooms, a community kitchen, an adult center, an event space, a kiosk library, classrooms, a teen center, a computer lab, a fitness center and studio, and office space. A building assessment will be conducted on the existing A.D. Lewis building which would be re-purposed to serve younger children, with space for child care, arts activities and general play.
