Solid Waste, Bulk Refuse and Recyclable Materials Collection and Disposal Services Either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check Drawn to the Order of "borough of Keansburg" for Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price Amount, Except That the Check Shall Not Exceed $20,000.00. The Successful Bidder is Hereby Notified That a Performance and Payment Bond for the Full Amount of This Project is Required. The Right is Also Reserved to Increase or Decrease the Quantities Specified in the Manner Designated in the Specifications. The Borough of Keansburg Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bid Packets to the Extent Permitted by Law. An Award Will Be Made, or Bid Packets Will Be Rejected Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days After the Opening of the Bid Packets, During Which Time the Bid Packets Shall Be Irrevocable and Unavailable to Withdraw by Bidders, Unless Otherwise Extended in the Contract Documents. The Borough of Keansburg Intends to Award This Project to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder Whose Bid Packet Complies With Its Requirements for the Project, Provided That, in the Judgment of the Borough of Keansburg, It's Reasonable, Within Available Funds and in the Interest of the Borough of Keansburg. The Borough Council Reserves Its Rights to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informality and to Accept the Bid That, in Its Judgment, Will Best Serve the Interests of the Borough. The Borough Reserves the Right to Require a Complete Financial and Experience Statement From Prospective Bidders Showing That They Have Satisfactorily Completed Work of the Nature Required Before Furnishing Proposal Forms of Specifications, or Before Awarding the Contract. The Right is Also Reserved to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informality Where Such Informality is Not Detrimental to the Best Interest of the Borough.
