Amendment 0002 Facility Investment Services for Regional Maintenance and Repair of Railroad, Ground Level and Elevated Crane Rail Systems at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and Annexes, Portsmouth, VA, and Naval Installations within a 50 Mile Radius of Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. See Attached Documents. This Amendment is issued to incorporate proposal inquiries and responses related to this procurement. Also, to post the N4008524R2604 Site Visit Log. Facility Investment Services for Regional Maintenance and Repair of Railroad, Ground Level and Elevated Crane Rail Systems at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and Annexes, Portsmouth, VA, and Naval Installations within a 50 Mile Radius of Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. See Attached Documents. Contractors are required to review the entire solicitation package before submitting questions. All questions must be submitted by email to jordan.cashwell@navy.mil at least 10 days before proposals are due, or the Government may not respond. This is the most efficient way to ensure all questions are addressed in a timely manner. The contract term shall be for a period of 12 months commencing 30 days after notice/date of award. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract in accordance with the "OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT - SERVICES FAR 52.217-9 (MAR 2000) clause, Section I". In the option periods the Government will adjust the prices, as required, based on new Department of Labor Wage Rate Determinations.
