The Request for Proposal is for new HVAC unit for the Gym in the Area School at 4041 East Mannsiding rd. Clare Mi. The plans and specs are included in the attachment. The plans are for basis of design but we as the district are open to other equipment suppliers if they meet the specifications. The control wiring is to be included in the proposal. The high voltage electrical is going to be completed by others. The installation will be done the first week of June after school is out. This project is to be completed no later than June 25, 2024. Our funding for this project requires us to be completed and billed June 25,2024 Questions must be submitted via email.
