This work shall generally consist of the demolition, removal, and replacement of nine (9) bay doors in the Fire Department Bay area. The existing LED lighting strips that are currently mounted to the door tracks on certain doors shall be removed, set aside, and reinstalled on the new tracks. The new bay doors shall include: o Door: (size varies), ribbed steel door, thermally broken, 2" polyurethane insulated, minimum R-value - 16 o Color: Brown o Section 3 Full view Windows insulated o 3" Track and rollers o 15" radius track o 100,000 cycle springs o Top and side weather seals o LiftMaster Industrial Duty Trolley Operator (or approved equal), 3/4 HP, 120 Volt, 1 Phase, with Brake, extended rails if necessary to allow door to fully open and trolley not hit the opener o Include (2) remote openers per door o Include (2) 3-button stations per door and wiring. One station to be mounted on wall next to each door and one station to be mounted on existing wiring in radio control room overlooking bay area. o Include all wiring of power supplies, sensors, miscellaneous materials, etc. This work shall be paid for at the contract unit price per each for Bay Door Removal & Replacement (size) - Complete (Base Bid).
