The work generally consists of renovations to restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, new wood doors with hardware and other miscellaneous improvements in Housing Modules 1, 2, and 3. Written requests must be received no later than 4:30 p.m., fourteen calendar days prior to bid opening. The estimated construction cost is between $1 million and $2.5 million. All interested parties are invited to attend a voluntary pre-bid meeting and the State conducted site Visit.
