**As of January 08, 2025, This project has been awarded to Nan Inc, with the awarded amount of $32,071,430.50.** The project generally consists of conducting biological surveys, selective site demolition, roadway grading, A.C. pavement and base, pavement striping/markings, and waterline installation, in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible for cooperatively coordinating, scheduling, and rescheduling his work to accommodate traffic, locate, and protect existing features, improvements and utilities in the project area that are not specifically designated as abandoned, to be abandoned, or for removal therein. The Director of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or perceived defects in said bids for the best interest of the public. No Bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before the award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days project estimated cost is $250,000.00 or more
