SPECIFICATIONS AND PROPOSAL FORM FOR FURNISHING AND INSTALLING ONE (1) REPLACEMENT HVAC UNIT FOR THE GLOUCESTER COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM - MULLICA HILL BRANCH. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to the Gloucester County Library System Administrative Headquarters, 389 Wolfert Station Road, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062, and clearly marked on the outside 2024 GCLS HVAC REPLACEMENT BID. Surety in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashiers Check will NOT be required with this bid. A Performance Bond will NOT be required of the successful bidder. The bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit. Public Disclosure, Chapter 33 of the Public Laws of 1977 provides that no corporation or partnership shall be awarded by any State, County, Municipal or School District contract for the performance of any work or the furnishing of any materials or supplies, unless, prior to the receipt of the bid or accompanying the bid of said corporation or partnership there is submitted a statement.
