As of April 11, 2024, Project is already awarded to following contractors: 204 Railroad St., Utica : Blair Construction - $70,925.00 923 Congress Hill Road, Franklin : Blair Construction - $58,837 204 First Ave., Rouseville : Blair Construction - $32,640 498 Pone Lane, Franklin : R Kincaid - $97,683 314 Hill St., Emlenton :GH Hurl Construction Inc - $225,000.00 General Contractor Services for Multiple Home Rehabilitation Projects These projects are located in the following municipalities: Utica Borough, Sandycreek Township (2), and Rouseville Borough. These Home Rehabilitation activities will be funded by Pennsylvania Housing And Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) funds. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages shall apply to any individual project where the cost exceeds $25,000. Wage rates are provided with the bidding documents. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any bids. All bidders are hereby notified that minority owned and women owned businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids, and will not be subject to discrimination on basis of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration of this award. The County also encourages participation from any Section 3 business enterprise.
