These Home Rehabilitation activities will be funded by Pennsylvania Housing And Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) funds. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages shall apply to any individual project where the cost exceeds $25,000. Wage rates are provided with the bidding documents. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any bids. All bidders are hereby notified that minority owned and women owned businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids, and will not be subject to discrimination on basis of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration of this award.
