The Project includes the following Work: Demolition, disposal & replacement of the existing 2 car 5 stop elevator located at the Colonial Manor Apts. This will include, but not be limited to replacement of elevator controls, landing system, traveling cable and hoistway wiring, power unit, control valve, piping, pit equipment, car guides, limit switches, car door equipment, door operator, hoistway doors and equipment, fixtures, and cab interiors for the elevator contract. The electrical contract shall include, but not limited to replacement of elevator machine room disconnect switches and load center, new elevator pit lighting, elevator machine room lighting, and elevator machine room ventilation.
