Renovation of a multi-residential development in Franklin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Project includes the following Work: Demolition, disposal & replacement of the existing 2 car 5 stop elevator located at the Colonial Manor Apts. This will include, but not be limited to replacement of elevator controls, landing system, traveling cable and hoistway wiring, power unit, control valve, piping, pit equipment, car guides, limit switches, car door equipment, door operator, hoistway doors and equipment, fixtures, and cab interiors for the elevator contract. The electrical contract shall include, but not limited to replacement of elevator machine room disconnect switches and load center, new elevator pit lighting, elevator machine room lighting, and elevator machine room ventilation. Separate Bids will be received for the following Contracts: Contract No. Description of Contract 1) Elevator Construction 2) Electrical Construction The Project has an expected duration of 210 days. ***Document Note: Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be viewed at the Owner's administrative offices as well as the local office of the engineer at 115 West Spring St. Titusville, PA 16354. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non refundable deposit of $50.00 for each set, Bidding Documents payable to Stiffler Architects, LLC. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service Bid Doc Format Cost Bidding Documents (including Full-Size Drawings) $50.00 + shipping Compact Disc containing Bidding Documents in portable document format (PDF) $25.00 + shipping
