This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the application of an asphalt rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surface courses. The rejuvenation of surface courses shall be by spray application of a cationic rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins emulsified with water. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications, the applicable drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. Each bid shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid; or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit in an amount equal to but not less than 10% of the bid, as provided in Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Upon completion and acceptance of the work, a one-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% of the contract will be required to guarantee such work. The Board of Monclova Township Trusteesmay reject any and all of the bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against the Board of Monclova Township Trustees.
