Hamilton County, Tennessee is soliciting sealed bids for the purposes of establishing a one (1) year unit pricing contract with three (3) one-year renewal options for HP Storm Pipe regularly utilized by the Hamilton County Highway Department and various other departments, as per specifications. The outside of the envelope/package containing the bid should be clearly marked with the following statement: "Bid # 0224-046: HP Storm Pipe" Any sealed envelope(s) enclosed within this envelope/package should also be clearly marked with the same label. No fax or email bid responses will be accepted. A signed copy of the Certificate of Compliance must be attached (page 7).
