Site work for a civil project in Dufur, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work for this Contract involves the construction of a fully functional wastewater treatment system. The scope includes an influent flowmeter and screening, lift station, treatment and storage lagoons, chlorination building and system, effluent pump station, irrigation pump station, approximately 7-acre center pivot irrigation system, and all other Work required for a complete and functional wastewater treatment system as shown on the Drawings and specified in the Technical Specifications. The Contract will be subject to the Davis-Bacon Act (40USC3141-3148) and the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870 (the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law). This Project is being funded through the Business Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority, Clean Water State Revolving Fund, USDA Rural Development, and the City of Dufur. Est. Value Notes: $5.0 to $5.5 Million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
