2024 SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION Work to be completed (including additive alternates) under this contract includes CIPP lining (both non-UV and UV cured allowed) of approximately 1213 ft. of 6-inch, 5676 ft. of 8-inch main and 95 ft. of 12-inch diameter concrete sewer pipe which includes: pre-video assessment of mainline and 97 laterals (up to 25 ft from the main); installation of 2-ft lateral tee liners at laterals; lining of laterals up to 12-ft from the main pending the results of the lateral assessments episode, 12 CIPP spot lining repairs, and the lining of 11 manholes. Work is to be at least 50% completed by November 15th, 2024 and substantially complete by July 31st, 2025. No work is planned to be conducted from November 15th through May 1st due to the likelihood of snow obstructing access and safety considerations. This is a public work contract subject to ORS 279C. 800 to 279C.870, prevailing wage rates. Any addenda issued will be provided only to firms or plan centers on the plan holders list. A Pre-bid meeting is not planned, bidders may view the project sites without an appointment. This project is funded in part by the State of Oregon State Revolving Loan program administered by DEQ and is subject to their requirements as outlined in the bid documents and specifications. Any product substitutions will not be reviewed or approved prior to the bid opening.
