The Town of Lincoln Housing Commission is soliciting bids for the installation of a variety of heat pump units at 6 properties throughout the community of Lincoln, MA. Project specifications are listed below. Prevailing Wage Rates apply and are included in the bid specifications. . Questions about this bid may be submitted via email to Daniel Pereira, Asst. Town Administrator, at pereirad@lincolntown.org. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids if deemed in the Town's best interest to do so, or to waive any informalities. MBE/WBE firms strongly encouraged to apply. EEO. Qualifications: Contractors must possess all appropriate licensing necessary to fully install (including electrify) specified HVAC units. Contractors must be able to provide at least three references for work within the past 5 years for the installation of equivalent HVAC equipment in residential settings. Contractors must be able to enter into a contract with the Town of Lincoln, as detailed in Attachment C - SAMPLE TOWN OF LINCOLN CONTRACT. Contractors must be able to pull any necessary permits, including electrical, with the Town of Lincoln. All work must pass building permit inspection. Contractors must have a minimum of seven years' experience in the installation of heat pumps as specified in the IFB. The Town of Lincoln Housing Commission is soliciting bids for the installation of a variety of heat pump units at 6 properties throughout the community of Lincoln, MA
