Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Biddershall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Improve streets in the southwest quadrant of the city by milling down 1-1/2" to 4" and resurfacing the roadway. All in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- 0729A as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. Question Deadline 02/26/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than four days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
