Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,335-square-foot, three-story above grade, 24-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
New Construction Work for: Hillcrest Commons Model Construction is soliciting bids for the new Hillcrest Commons project. The project consists of a new 3-story, 17,335 SF wood framed building with 24 apartment units. Construction is anticipated to start in Summer of 2024 and be completed in Fall of 2025. Prevailing Wage: Yes - Residential Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Inclusion: MBE/SBE/WBE and Section 3 participation is highly encouraged. All questions regarding the project and bid documents must be received by Thursday, March 28th by Close of Business.
