Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Please contact the Department of Public Works/Engineering at 785-309-5725 with any questions in regard to the project. The successful bidder will be furnished an additional three complete sets of plans and specifications. Additional sets required will be furnished at the current cost. The City of Salina, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein. The work provided for in these Contract Documents shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, and equipment, and performing all work and operations in connection with the construction of items and all other incidental and related work to complete the proposed project ready for use and service. 2. LOCATION All work will be done on property owned or controlled by the City of Salina, Kansas. Question Deadline 02/29/2024 Questions regarding these Instructions to Bidders or the other Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to the project contact no later than seven (7) days prior to the opening of Bids. The project contact shall respond in writing, via facsimile, to all plan holders in an expeditious manner, and no later than three (3) days prior to the opening of Bids. Time of Completion. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially completed by MAY 31, 2025, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the General Clauses by JUNE 30, 2025
