Expected Award Date:03/19/2024 Project Start Date:02/16/2024 Construction Start Date:07/22/2024 Construction End Date:10/11/2024 Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond in favor of the County Auditor/Treasurer of Stearns County for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. he County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. This work consists of using a GNSS management system and ticket capture software for capturing computer generated weight tickets into a digital format and tracking trucks during transit for recording of truck exchanges. The data, survey summary sheets, and other documents used in determining truck operating costs will be reviewed and available for inspection during the informal conference.
