CONTRACT PERIOD: Effective Date of Contract through One (1) Year INTRODUCTION: This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed proposals for the provision of Substation Structures & Materials services for the City of Columbia, Missouri (hereinafter referred to as City) as set forth herein.
