Various Locations VME & Plaza 900 Dining Facility Roof Replacements A Diversity Participation goal of 10% MBE, 10% Combined WBE, DBE, Veteran Owned Business and 3% SDVE has been established for this contract. Accompanying the bid is a bid bond, or a certified check, or a cashier's check payable without condition to The Curators of the University of Missouri which is an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of amount of largest possible total bid herein submitted, including consideration of Alternates. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids.
