The Work generally consists of the following: The construction support of (3) Modular PC pre-approved buildings, including the modular building concrete foundations, utility connections, and interior additions to electrical, data, communications, fire alarm, and security upgrades. The scope shall also include site work including over excavation, rough and finish grading, construction, and connection of onsite utilities, hardscape, lighting, and landscaping. The soils report has been included in the bid documents and the contractor shall follow recommendations with respect to over-excavation, fill, compaction, and other soils related items. The contractor shall also be required to locate, identify, and relocate existing utilities as required by the plans or as required by the new construction. All existing utilities must be relocated away from building pads and subsequent foundation footings. Contractor shall also work with the modular manufacturer to provide support and access to the site during delivery and installation of the modular buildings.
