This project consists of a new 2,000 SF two-story volume with mezzanine containing flexible learning spaces, a conference room, and a sensory room. The addition will require the demolition of existing site features, building facade, and roof structure to tie into adjacent 1st and 2nd floor corridors receiving phased renovations during construction. The new structure is comprised of concrete footings, structural steel, cold-formed metal framing, curtain wall, and a combination of brick and metal panel skin. The project also consists of a 2nd floor restroom renovation. *Bidders are required to submit a bid bond with their bids. No modifications to the bid documents or scopes of work are allowed. This project will achieve LEED Certification.
