This work includes, but is not limited to temporary utilities, sanitary facilities, tree protection, dust control, noise control, pollution control, access, drainage and traffic control. It shall include using all means necessary to protect existing structures, equipment, piping and facilities not designated for removal within the limits of the work, as defined in these specifications, in the Special Conditions, as shown on the Plans or established by the Engineer.
