Site Location: Top Level (Office): 7070 Mission Road Main Level (Grocery): 7060 Mission Road Lower Level (Retail): 7040 Mission Road Scope of work to include selective demolition of load bearing exterior walls, portions of floors and roof of an existing three (3) story department store with a partial basement in preparation for future renovation work of a multi-tenant, multi-use property. Bid proposals for the Village Redevelopment at 71st and Mission demolition, make safe, and structural scope of work. This scope of work will include the demolition of the entire 3rd floor perimeter walls and the roof above, all roof equipment, roof drains, etc. Taxes are to be included. Kansas Remodel Tax does apply.
