**As of April 10, 2024, project was awarded to Tomco Construction, Inc., in the amount of $1,495,999.99.** Category Code: Construction, Stormwater Improvements Description: Services under this Contract shall include improvements to the MCUA Landfill's existing Contact Stormwater Ponds 2 & 3 involving the demolition of existing facilities and installation of new submersible pumps, pump guide rail systems, concrete pads, PVC pressure piping, fittings and valves, pipe supports, pump screens, radar and float system, pump control panels, termination boxes, main distribution panels, electrical conduits, wiring and all other work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Additionally, services under this Contract also include the installation of a contact stormwater collection and conveyance system along the landfill perimeter access road within the vicinity of Ramp 2 and Pond 4 with associated piping and accessories in accordance with the Contract Documents. Ambiguities, errors, or omissions noted by Bidders together with all questions and requests for clarifications pertaining to this RFB shall be submitted via e-mail to the attention of Deirdre Berry at dberry@mcua.com or in writing to the Authority, by no later than Wednesday, February 28, 2024, by 10:00 AM, at the Middlesex County Utilities Authority, 2571 Main Street Extension, Sayreville, New Jersey 08872.
