Site work and renovation of a civil project in Lancaster, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Memorial Park Pumping Station, Contract 1-2024, City of Lancaster, Wisconsin Pre-Qualification: Yes The Project includes the following Work: The Work includes the construction of a 2,550 gallon per minute capacity submersible pumping station with a cast in place concrete wet well and valve vault; control building; electrical work; 3 sanitary manholes; approximately 124 linear feet (LF) of sanitary sewer; approximately 45 LF of force main; concrete generator pad; site restoration; and related miscellaneous work. Rock excavation is anticipated. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Lancaster reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Prospective Bidders are required to complete and submit a prequalification questionnaire with supporting documents to OWNER (see Instructions to Bidders). Prequalification forms will be provided with Bidding Document sets. Completed forms are to be submitted no later than 3 P.M., local time, on March 5, 2024. Any Contract or Contracts to be awarded are expected to be funded with assistance from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Clean Water Fund Program and is subject to all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Women's and Minority owned businesses, are encouraged to submit Bids for this Project. Bidders must demonstrate positive efforts to utilize DBEs. Failure to comply could result in disqualification of Bidder and termination of financial assistance or other sanctions. The successful Bidder will be required to conform to the wage requirements prescribed by the federal Davis Bacon and Related Acts. All iron and steel products used on the project shall be produced in the United States and comply with the American Iron and Steel requirements. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing.
