The project scope of work generally consists of the construction of (5) new radio communication tower sites for Grant County, Wisconsin. Work at each site generally includes installation of towers, antennas, coax, waveguides, prefabricated precast equipment shelters, backup generator systems, ice bridges, chain link fenced compounds, site grounding systems, and other general site improvements. Tower steel, prefabricated precast equipment shelters, generator system equipment, and electric meter assemblies will be procured separately by Grant County outside of this contract. Installation of this equipment, however, is required under this contract. Similarly, antennas, coax and waveguides will be provided by Others. Installation of these items will be addressed as Alternate bid work. Radio equipment installation within the shelters is not required and will be completed by Others.
