Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lancaster, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Contract 3 2023 includes the following approximate quantities of Work: 120 linear feet of curb and gutter replacement; 800 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway replacement; 1,100 square yards of asphalt pavement removal; 350 tons of asphalt pavement; and related miscellaneous work. Contract 4 2023 includes the following approximate quantities of Work: 40 linear feet of storm sewer; common excavation; 350 square yards of riprap; turf restoration; and related miscellaneous work. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Lancaster reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
