Remodeling of a conference / convention center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a conference / convention center.

Project scope includes but is not limited to Package No. 1 and Package No. 2 for the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. Trades include but are not limited to Glazing and Audio/Visual. Attention is called to Resolution No. 18145 of August 23, 1988, requiring bidders to commit to the goal of employing on the project at least fifty percent bona fide residents of the City of Tulsa and/or MSA in each employment classification. Attention is called to Resolution 7404 of November 8, 2006, requiring bidders, their subcontractors and their lower-tier subcontractors to hire only citizens of the United States. The City of Tulsa itself is exempt from the payment of any sales or use taxes.
