As of May 1, 2024 project was awarded to Gober Construction, awarded amount is $400,758.50. Description: Project includes relocation of approximately 730 linear feet of 18 PVC force main that serves the existing Adams Creek NW Lift Station. Project also includes two line segments, pipe fittings and other utility construction activities. The project is located on North 37th Street between East Albany Street and East Kenosha Street in Broken Arrow, OK. As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashier s check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to the City of Broken Arrow. The successful Bidder must, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price.
