Per the owner, as of March 28, 2025, this project was completed in the summer or early fall of 2024. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............... The City of East Providence is seeking qualifications from artists or artist teams to design and implement a mural on a beachfront concrete wall at Crescent Park Beach. This ten acre City park is located on Bullocks Point Avenue, between Narragansett Bay and the historic Looff Carousel, and until the 1970s was home to the former Crescent Park amusement park. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in order to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
