Wilcox Unified School District, #13 is issuing this RFQ seeking Qualifications for Architectural Services. The District has passed a Capital Bond with approximately $12 million to be used for project related improvements District wide. The architectural firm selected will provide "as needed" design and construction services that may include master planning, a multi-purpose room addition to an elementary school, other additions to existing spaces, athletic field and track work, and other new or renovation projects. Additionally, project management services will be included and may be needed under this agreement. This is a multi-year agreement which is renewable each year up to five (5) total.
