Reference number : 1812643 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-03-04 SQI is issuing a public call for tenders for the construction of a new two-storey pavilion to house four (4) new open residential rehabilitation units (URI) for the expansion and redevelopment of the Centre de réadaptation pour les jeunes en difficulté d'adaptation Dominique-Savio in Montreal. Construction of the pavilion will be topped by a mechanical lean-to, enabling existing facilities to remain in operation and service provision to continue uninterrupted during the work. A second component was added to the mandate with the transformation of 2 open residential rehabilitation units (URI) in an existing wing into 1 closed residential rehabilitation unit (URI). The clinical objective of the project is to increase accommodation capacity and quality, and free up space in the existing building for future functional reorganization of the other sectors. The work required under this call for tenders must be completed in 170 weeks (including statutory holidays, construction holidays and delays in the procurement of materials/equipment) from the date set out in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The expected start date of the work is June 15, 2024 and August 15, 2024.
