Reference Number : 1817478 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-03-13 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 12 The purpose of this Quotation is to provide specialized post-disaster emergency cleaning services as described below: The Marguerite-Bourgeoys School Service Center (CSSMB) wishes to retain the services of THREE (3) SERVICE PROVIDERS specialized in emergency cleaning after disasters The scope of work that the SERVICE PROVIDER must provide includes, without limitation, emergency services (24 hours a day / 7 days a week) after disasters such as water damage, infiltration water, flooding and damage caused by fire or smoke. The services required are, among others and not limited to; o Complete drying of structures and materials, control of humidity levels; o Neutralization of odors; o Cleaning, removal and disposal of contaminated materials; o Sorting of movable property or affected documents; o Disinfection with hydrogen peroxide, quaternary ammonium, with neutral pH or other disinfection product linked to the disaster.
