City of Cumming Water Distribution & Collection Division is requesting proposals from qualified companies with references, to perform a Leak Detection Survey within our Water distribution system. Approximately one-third of our distribution system will be included in this survey. This area consists of approximately 140 miles of pipe. We will require all leaks to be identified, recorded and graded by intensity. All records and reports will be submitted to the City of Cumming, and become our property upon completion. GIS shape-file of area to be assessed will be provided. Survey crews will be required to report directly to City of Cumming with daily and weekly reports of progress.
