April 30, 2024 - December 31, 2025: bridge inspection services range of due dates. B) PROJECT The Eau Claire County Highway Department (COUNTY) is completing inspections and associated activities (Interim, Routine, NSTM [formerly Fracture-Critical], Underwater Profile, SI&A Reviews, and Scour Plan of Action) for various structures within Eau Claire County. COUNTY is soliciting services for all inspection needs within the local program for Eau Claire County (including structures owned by other municipalities and railroads within the local program). INSPECTOR to provide inspection schedule with minimum two working days' notice prior to completing inspections to notify COUNTY of work being completed within the right-of-way and allow for COUNTY and/or other municipalities' representatives to observe inspections. C) SPECS INSPECTOR will perform bridge inspection and rating services for bridges in accordance with the attached schedule. INSPECTOR will act as Program Manager for Eau Claire County during the period of 2024 to 2025. All traffic control (advance signs, barricades, flaggers, etc.) will be provided by INSPECTOR in accordance with the MUTCD. Exceptions are when the attached schedule notes that assistance will be provided by COUNTY. At the end of each year, one flash drive shall be provided by INSPECTOR that contains copies of inspection reports filed with Wisconsin Department of Transportation in their HSIS (Highway Structure Information System) for that respective year. INSPECTOR is required to accept and abide by the accompanying "EAU CLAIRE COUNTY STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS".
