Construction includes 0.73 miles of HMA pavement reconstruction, including HMA removal, HMA pavement, storm sewers, concrete sidewalks, driveways and curb and gutter in the City of Muskegon, Muskegon County. An amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid must be submitted with each Bid Proposal in one of three forms acceptable to the City of Muskegon.
