Please note the Work of this Project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. A prevailing wage determination has been made by the Park District, which is the same as that determined by the Illinois Department of Labor for public works projects in Lake County. The successful contractor will also provide a certificate of insurance naming the Waukegan Park District as the certificate holder and as additional insured. Anticipated Award Date: March 12, 2024 .
