Renovation of a municipal facility in Salem, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of April 10, There were no bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** We are requesting proposals to add and install 1 new remote condensing unit and evaporator to run our 800 Sq Ft walkin freezer and 1 new remote rooftop condensing unit and evaporator to run our 300 Sq Ft walkin cooler. The construction site is located at 2655 Hyacinth, Salem, Oregon 97303. This is an active Kitchen that prepares over 1,800 meals a day. The Kitchen is not able to move its operation to another site during the project. It is critical that an effective timeline is established to ensure the Kitchen can return to normal operations as soon as possible. o Purchase and install remote system for walkin freezer. Condensing unit is located on the north west corner on the outside of the building. o Purchase and install remote system for walkin cooler.
