The Town of Mansfield will receive sealed bids for "RFB# DPW25-859932 Supply and Delivery of Water Meters and Radio Read Device Components FY 25". This contract shall be for FY 25 with (2) - 1 year renewal options at the sole discretion of the Town of Mansfield. Estimated Cost: 400K Supply and Delivery of Water Meters and Radio Read Device Components FY 25 Contract will be awarded to a Single Contractor. Bids MUST BE SEALED and should be clearly marked with bid number BID # DPW Water 25-859932, Supply and Delivery of Water Meters and Radio Read Device Components, clearly marked on the outside. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. All inquiries regarding the information contained in this Request for Qualifications shall be directed to the Project Manager, Michael Ahern. All questions must be submitted via email at mahern@mansfieldma.com. The deadline for questions will be 10:00AM on March 01, 2024 No bid received by the Town after the time established herein for the public opening of the bids will be considered, regardless of the cause for delay in the receipt of any such bid. The Town of Mansfield, its officials and employees shall not be made liable for premature opening of a bid or modifications to bids already submitted will not be considered. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Mansfield.
