Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Girard, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The project will consist of the construction of a new salt storage facility located at 945 S. State Street, Girard, Ohio 44420. Construction will consist of the installation of footers, wall, and floor slab, catch basins, and storm sewer. Contractor shall demolish the existing salt storage sheds. Storage structure was direct purchased and will be delivered to the project site. Contractor will be responsible for unloading the structure delivery. Erection of the structure will be performed by either the contractor or a subcontractor depending on bid pricing. Instructions, drawings, and specifications provided by the manufacturer are included in these specifications and drawings. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed in 60 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The City of Girard reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities in bidding.
