Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Watertown, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 62 L.F. of remove concrete curb and gutter, 356 S.F. of remove concrete sidewalk, 703 S.Y. of remove concrete pavement, 17 S.Y. of remove concrete approach pavement, 126 C.Y. of unclassified excavation, 703 S.Y. of install 6" non-reinforced PCC pavement, 17 S.Y. of install 6" PCC approach pavement, 62 L.F. of install curb and gutter, 52 S.F. of install 4" sidewalk, 304 S.F. of install 6" sidewalk, base course, traffic control, and landscaping. The Project has an expected completion date of SEPTEMBER 27, 2024. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. In lieu thereof, a Bid may be accompanied by certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates). Said check shall be certified or issued by either a state or national bank and be payable to the Owner. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids.
