The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 858 SY of remove concrete pavement, 482 LF of remove concrete foundation, 858 SY of install 6" PCC pavement, 482 LF of install concrete foundation, 60 Ton of aggregate base course, and erosion control. The Project has an expected completion date of July 12, 2024. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. In lieu thereof, a Bid may be accompanied by certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates). Said check shall be certified or issued by either a state or national bank and be payable to the Owner. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. This project has an estimated budget of $100 K to $150K.
