Renovation of an educational facility in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to replace kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances in four (4) residential units along with minimal flooring upgrades and painting as indicated in the Specifications and Drawings. The Salisbury University Procurement Office is a service oriented department whose mission is to procure in a timely fashion the goods and services necessary to support University operations at the most favorable and advantageous cost consistent with quality required and the legal responsibilities established by the University System of Maryland, the State of Maryland, and the Federal Government. Notice to Proceed (NTP) is to be issued ASAP after Bid Due Date. On-site to be 30 consecutive calendar days scheduled between 06/03/2024 and 08/09/2024, with an additional 14 consecutive calendar days to reach Final Acceptance. The University is committed to ensuring that persons with disabilities have equally effective opportunities to participate in and benefit from the Universitys programs and services. BID SECURITY ONLY REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION SOLICITATION UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED Bonds ARE NOT Required for this Solicitation. There are NO PREVAILING WAGE requirements for this Solicitation.
