The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for janitorial services in support of Perry Lake Project in the Operations Division of the Kansas City District. The contractors shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services. Period of Performance The contract shall begin 1 April 2024 and continue through 31 March 2025 with renewal option years for 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 and 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027. Required Insurance The contractor shall obtain and maintain during the period of performance under this contract Commercial Automobile Liability insurance according to the applicable Kansas State statutes. DAMAGES: Contractor is responsible for any damages to government property. The final date to submit questions is five (5) days prior to the due date of the synopsis/solicitation.
