This project includes the installation of approximately 1,240-linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer line, 720-linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main, the construction of six (6) manholes, a connection to existing water line and a connection to an existing sanitary sewer manhole. Document Notes : A complete set of Bidding Documents includes one (1) electronic copy of Specifications and Construction Plans. Upon the receipt of payment, a complete set of Bidding Documents will be made available for download. Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a deposit of $22.00 for each set. Bidders will be required to inform themselves of all Addenda duly issued in accordance with the requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Information regarding the number of Addenda that have been duly issued can be obtained from the website or Hawkins-Weir Engineers, Inc. at 110 South 7th Street, Van Buren, Arkansas 72957-0648, telephone 479.474.1227. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17-25-101 and related statutes. The City of Greenwood, Arkansas, reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date.
