Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greenwood, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, Summit Ridge Drive is an existing gravel roadway on the south edge of Bell Park and is being improved to a new asphalt roadway. Portions of the new road will be on new alignment. Summit Ridge Drive begins at the intersection with Bell Park Road near the Senator Ed Wilkinson Pavilion and extends easterly approximately 2600 linear feet to the intersection with N Main Street. The project consists of one, two, and three-lane asphalt pavement. Approximately 900 linear feet of the project includes curb, gutter, and sidewalk. The remainder of the project has aggregate shoulders with open ditches. The project includes storm drainage improvements consisting of concrete pipe, inlets, crossroad pipe culverts, and ditch grading along with other work including pavement markings, driveway approaches, and earthwork.
