Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Greenwood, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and for the demolition of a fire / police facility.
Sealed bids for the Sallyport Addition for the Greenwood Police Department A 5% bid bond shall accompany each bid. Each bid proposal shall include with it a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid offered, if the bid is in excess of $20,000. The bidder will be required to submit a bidder's deposit, which includes enclosing a cashier's check payable to the order of the Owner drawn on a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas or by a corporate bid bond in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. Work includes Demolition & General Construction, all to be let under one prime contract. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities and reject any and all bids. There shall be only one (1) bid submitted per State Contractors License. Bidder's license shall be indicated on the bid form.
